When we’re not using the library meeting rooms, you can!
Non-profit, governmental groups, and schools at no hourly fee (set-up charge and deposit may apply.) Fees for commercial businesses and private parties fees as shown
Conference Room
- 12 at a conference table/16 classroom style
- Free Wi-Fi and whiteboard
- First floor, near restrooms
- No charge for non-profit, government, or schools. (Special setup requests incur a $25 set up/tear down fee, in the form of a $25 deposit, which is nonrefundable without notice of 36 hours or more.)
- $15 per hour for private or commercial use. Additional $20 per event for multimedia presentation system - includes digital ceiling projector, screen, CD/DVD/Blu-ray, hearing assistance, microphone, and laptop
- Event within 24 hours? Call us at (309) 347-7111 to verify availability
- To be fair to the many organizations who wish to use our rooms, we cannot book repeatable events (once a week all year, etc.)

Community Room
Community Room seats up to 80 banquet style (8 chairs around each table); 110 theater style (forward facing chair, no tables);
54 classroom style (3 chairs per table, all facing projection equipment.) Please indicate 1 of these setup styles on your booking form.

- 2nd floor location accessed by stairs and elevator; near restrooms
- Non-profit, government, or schools: $25 set up/tear down fee, in the form of a $25 deposit (due upon reservation approval.) Deposits are nonrefundable without 36 hour cancellation notice.
- Private or commercial use: $50 per hour. Additional $20 per event for multimedia presentation system - includes digital ceiling projector, screen, CD/DVD/Blu-ray, hearing assistance, microphone, and laptop. A deposit of $25 required upon reservation approval (applies to room fees); deposits are nonrefundable without 36 hour cancellation notice.
