Room Cost
Non-profit, government, or schools
$25 set up/tear down fee, in the form of a $25 deposit (due upon reservation approval). Deposits are nonrefundable without 36-hour cancellation notice.
Private Use
$50 per hour. Additional $20 per event for multimedia presentation system – includes digital ceiling projector, screen, CD/DVD/Blu-ray, hearing assistance, microphone, and laptop. A deposit of $25 is required upon reservation approval (applies to room fees); deposits are nonrefundable without a 36-hour cancellation notice.
No charge for non-profit, government, or schools. (Special setup requests incur a $25 set up/tear-down fee, in the form of a $25 deposit, which is nonrefundable without notice of 36-hours or more.)
