Get Your Library Card

Most addresses in Pekin and South Pekin already pay for their library card in the property tax bill – so there is no extra fee! All you need is a valid photo ID with your current address. Kids ages Birth-18 years are eligible for a FREE card (with parent/guardian ID) if your household pays taxes to School District 303.
