Confused about your device?  We can help! Call us at 347-7111 to make an appointment for a half hour one-on-one discussion. We will answer basic tech questions such as: Making an email account; searching the internet; using a new device; creating a PowerPoint presentation, setting-up Facebook, etc. Just let us know in advance what device, app or software is frustrating you. ( Unfortunately, we are not able to:•Run diagnostics •Troubleshoot or fix malfunctioning devices • Do computer maintenance)
